The existing building at »Unter den Linden 39« is situated in an ideal location on »Unter den Linden« in Berlin Mitte, right next to the junction with Friedrichstrasse, the most important shopping street in eastern Berlin.

The building is set on a plot of land, which formerly provided the entrance to the »Kaisergalerie«, and it has developed into a top-class apartment, office and commercial property to fulfil the expectations of residents and users at this prestigious address.

The development work was part of a joint venture with the Stofanel group of companies.
